Since i’m in the middle of Tooth Meltdown 2011 i haven’t been cooking much. In fact this morning’s breakfast consisted of a large amount of room temp water, half a hotdog bun, and a giant pink antibiotic pill.
But just because i’m over here pouting like a child who’s ice cream just fell to the floor, doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t partake of fabulous tasty creations. And since i seem to love torturing myself, i’ve included a list of what i think could be a perfect day of feasts.
I’ve said before that i’m not a big fan of pancakes, but one look at The Non-Dairy Queen’s Thick Banana Pancakes has me craving them big time. I think the chocolate chips sealed the deal for me.
For lunch you can’t go wrong with Linsay’s Mango Black Bean & Coconut Tacos. Coconut is one of my favorite flavors and incorporating them into tacos is genius.
One of my other favorite food flavor is pesto. So when i saw this recipe from Peas and Crayons i swooned. Hard. Pesto Veggie Manicotti for dinner… yes please!
To wrap things up a fresh baked Cool Mint Coco Cookie would hit the spot. Fact.
